Enjoy the experience of eating in one of our restaurants Tulum, Kaybal or Kikil, we have a restaurant to please almost all tastes, whether it is Mexican food, seafood or contemporary, you can enjoy them in the restaurant, the pool or beach.
Enjoy the experience of dining at one of our specialty restaurants Sushi Bar Kabah, Mayapán or Sky Bar Copán. Depending on the number of nights of your stay, you will be given one or more letters with which you must make your reservation 24 hours in advance at the reservation desk located in the Tikal lobby.
Stay of 2 to 4 nights ……….. 1 letter
Stay 5 to 7 nights ……….. 2 letters
Each letter is valid only to make a reservation for people staying in the same room and who have purchased the All Inclusive Plan.
- Non-motorized water equipment such as boggie boards, kayak, suffleboard, bocce board and ping pong. Scheduled sports activities, aqua aerobics, tennis, beach volleyball and pool scheduled by our Activities staff.
- Free use of tennis rackets or bicycles for the entire stay for 2 hours, additional use per hour of said equipment will generate an additional charge of $5 USD (or its equivalent in National Currency according to the Hotel’s current exchange rate).
- Once your menu(s) are sold out after our second visit to our specialty restaurants, you will receive a 20% discount on your total consumption at our Mayapán, Sky Bar Copán or Sushi Bar Kabah restaurants.
- Meals and beverages selected in the menus, that do not participate in your All-Inclusive Plan, are available at regular (Lobster, certain cuts of meat, fish and/or shellfish and selected bottles of Wine).
- Closed wine bottles and liquor are available with additional
- Food and beverages from room Service, II Pescatore restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor Buonissimo do not participate in your All-Inclusive Plan and are available at regular price.
- Once your Mayapan, Sky Bar Copan or Sushi Bar Kabah restaurant letter has been used, following visit with no letter will be available at regular price.
- The use of facilities or services outside the Hotel, as well as wanderings, tours, transportation, or any activity commercialized in our facilities, whether provided by the Hotel or third parties and that is not expressly indicated here, are not included in your all-inclusive plan.
- Gym, Palenque, and Hacienda Spa do not participate in your All-Inclusive Plan and are available at regular price.
- The access to Sky Bar Copan is exclusively for adults (over 18 years).
- Gratuities or tips are not mandatory and will always be at the discretion of the guest.
As a reminder, these plans are specially priced and are intended for the exclusive use of the participant, only those persons with specially color-coded wrist bands may participate in the All-Inclusive Premium plan, please no sharing, Is forbidden to share food, drinks and/or any benefit of the All-inclusive Plan with family, friends and/or companions who have not purchased said plan and do not wear an all-inclusive bracelet, In the case of misuse of this plan, Management reserves the right to discontinue your all-inclusive plan or apply additional charges accordingly. Should a wristband be lost or stolen please report it immediately and personally to the front desk personnel. Any other questions or if assistance is needed, please contact our Concierge located at the main lobby.
At your check-in you received an ID bracelet that you should wear throughout your stay to get All-inclusive plan benefits. You must return all your bracelets to the front desk at the check-out. (11a.m.)
Otherwise non-refundable charge will apply to your room bill:
- $ 50 USD + tax charge for All Inclusive Underage Bracelet. *
- $100 USD + tax charge for All Inclusive Adult Bracelet.*
*Prices and taxes are for each waistband not returned. Once the All-inclusive package has been purchased no changes or cancellations are allowed either on number of nights or package itself.
